Muscle Shoals Electric Board (MSEB) is a municipal electric utility serving the City of Muscle Shoals and the TVA Reservation in northwest Alabama. We are one of the Tennessee Valley Authority’s 159 electricity distributors, delivering safe, reliable, affordable electricity to our community.

Service Area
MSEB serves the City of Muscle Shoals and the TVA Reservation in Colbert County, Alabama — located along the southern banks of the Tennessee River in the picturesque Tennessee Valley.

Board Governance
MSEB is governed by an elected board of directors. Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm at the main office, 1015 Avalon Avenue, Muscle Shoals, AL 35662. Meetings are open to the public.
